Allison Pregler is a reviewer who tackles Z-grade film usually within the horror or martial arts genre a roughly similar beat like The Cinema Snob but tending towards action-oriented dumb films and some morbid pleasure from the genre. The reviewer began her journey in 2009, gaining some respect on their forums under her old username Obscurus Lupa. In 2010 she was a member of the Channel Awesome Family. The channel was online up until the end of 2015, which is when Obscurus Lupa Presents turned into Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that cover the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
